* These words are my opinions only and based on my 16 years in foster care! FosterKidsUniteInc@gmail.com
to all my future comics in foster care, listen in, learn and now you have a new platform where you can do teen shows, clean shows, its all up to you and you can get paid, whatever YOU choose!
i know you think you too young for heart disease BUT that is not as true as you think! My other baby brother Rob died of heart disease at 41....with a body like a pro athlete, even the coroner said he had the body of a 20 year old college athlete, no one expected a massive heart attack.
Because of this, I always ask young people to start now eating health, at least 85% veggies and fruit. Since young people are USUALLY way more active if playing sports, you body allows you to do incredible things and still have energy BUT that does not last forever, start young and you finish well when you are older. Enjoy life, enjoy friends and family if you have any, foster, or just friends you consider family, that is more immportat. But you should know about the heart and its function and HOW plant base helps, this video is great for that. Also check out Dr. Yahki Awaken, master herbalist also! He can help you with anything ...listen to his story on Sway universe!
Blessings, i love all my foster youth and youth without parents, keep moving forward and NEVER give up!!!! YOU are designed unique and special NEVER forget that, you not made to copy others or be 2nd you made to be a leader and be 1st in all things! love you all xoxo

fosters, if you need to find any family, Unearthing Your Roots, Inc is the way to go! I found all my family, even my dad, who had passed and i found a brother and 4 siblings! Go for it, we must know the tribe, to know our history and do bigger and better!
This song is by one of our own!!! #LavalaRue a former foster - thank you Chlodoe for the introduction, LOVE her and her music!!!!!
Fosters, follow your gift and it will bring you peace, closure and joy!!!!
Whatever you do, don't be desperate, don't be so willing to do ANYTHING to get fame off your talent, and avoid anyone in association with the diddy!!!!! Cassie is one of many sad stories, you can avoid traffickers, abusive men who hate woman and kids!!!!! Your talent should speak for itself, no. need to do anything other than basic audition NOTHING else.... This young singer proves you can do it all independent IF you put in the same work you do on social media!
teach kids how NOT to fall into the wrong hands by loving them, hearing them, caring for them, supporting them....now you know why fosters are more likely to fall into the hands of traffickers and abusers....low self esteem can do that. Generational curses must be stopped, start young!!! self love, acceptance, as is and love thyself no matter what!!!
stay blessed, pray up, the devil is lurking upon the earth rampid but our fate is to shine and bring light no matter what, "we never give up!!!"
blessings to you all. I share this in hopes that my fosters know that there are many sports they can involve themselves in to A. Keep busy B. earn a living C. meet connections D. have fun exercise.
Think of other sports to try, golf, tennis, lacrosse, swimming, boating, we are more than just the sports we are often lead to due to what's in our community or reach, and football and basketball are great sports, (if i had a son, i would not allow him to play due to head injury's but IF that is your calling, so be it do it the best).
I hope jC inspires one of you to pick up a golf club or go caddy as a part-time job...my brother Rob use to work at a Country club, thats where he discovered his love for golf.
